At Capture That Photo Booth, we are highly committed to ensure the safety of your guests at events. We have put in place the below procedures in order to maintain safety and hygiene when using one of our photo booths.

What our staff are doing to maintain safety and hygiene at your event

  • All staff have been briefed on best hygiene practices including our COVID Safety Plan.

  • Staff will provide hand Sanitisers or Wipes to all photo booth users before and after entering the booth.

  • The photo booth will be operated (touched) by the photo booth attendant ONLY.

  • Staff will wear face masks and gloves when and where necessary.

  • All photobooth equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to and after every event

  • Staff will outline a clear entry and exit path using bollards and rope or belt outside of the booth. 

  • No physical props will be supplied to comply with COVID safety requirements.

  • Sharing of photos digitally will be done via QR code to avoid guests touching the screen.


Guest Requirements

In order to comply with government regulations we ask your guests to adhere to the following requests:

  • Photo print will be handed over to guests by our attendant only, and guests will be requested to use hand sanitisers  before touching photobooth or printer for safety reasons.

  • We will ask for a record of the guests who uses the photobooth, including name, a mobile number or email address if the venue has not already done so.

  • To avoid crowding and maintain social distancing, we ask that guests are invited to the photobooth table by table. 

  • Physical distancing rules will apply in the photo booth area and whilst queuing for the photo booth. In keeping with the physical distancing recommendations, only 2 people will be allowed to use the photo booth at one time unless they are from the same household or close contacts.

Guest Book

If having a guest book, hand sanitiser will be provided to use prior to writing in the book. Disinfectant wipes will be provided to wipe down the pens and table periodically. Two holders for pens & glue will be provided clearly labelled ‘used’ and ‘clean’. 

COVID 19 Refund/Cancellation Policy

If your event should be cancelled by the venue, we will require written notification of this from the venue manager / co-ordinator. You will then be refunded all monies paid excluding a 10% admin fee or you may re-schedule your event pending availability. Should the event be cancelled by the hirer and not the venue, you will forfeit the deposit paid.  All other monies will be refunded as per our refund policy.
